With nearly 30 years of professional experience, Amy offers clients a calm, knowledgeable presence and a relationship-driven approach focused on listening first, anticipating needs, and creating a seamless, positive experience. Her background in both real estate and small business ownership has shaped her strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and long-term client relationships.
Career & Experience
Amy began her real estate career in 1996, working closely with buyers in new construction and guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions. She later advanced into sales management, further strengthening her skills in negotiation, leadership, and client advocacy.
In 2006, Amy stepped away from real estate to focus on family and entrepreneurship. She went on to open Honey & Mackie’s, a well-loved ice cream shop in Plymouth named after her sons, Max and Henry. After selling the ice cream store in 2018, Amy returned to real estate in 2020, bringing with her a renewed perspective and an even deeper appreciation for service, community, and relationship building.
Amy partners with Jodi James, her business partner of five years and friend and neighbor of over 17 years. Living next door to one another, their partnership is built on trust, responsiveness, and collaboration, providing clients with a highly attentive, team-based experience. After years of success in residential real estate, Jodi & Amy chose to join Compass, aligning with a brokerage that shares their focus on innovation, professionalism, and elevated client service.
Outside of Work
Outside of real estate, Amy enjoys traveling, entertaining friends and family, and unwinding with a great meal and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. She has also discovered a new love for playing Mahjong, enjoying both the strategy of the game and the connection it brings. Amy is a wife and mother of two and values the relationships and moments that turn a house into a home.
