Jodi believes that an excellent client experience starts with listening—taking the time to understand her clients’ needs, goals, and priorities—so she can deliver guidance that is both strategic and personal. Career & Experience
Born and raised in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Jodi brings deep local knowledge and a strong professional background to her real estate practice. She earned her undergraduate degree in finance and spent 12 years in the financial services industry, developing a strong foundation in client service, attention to detail, and strategic planning. During this time, she also completed her MBA at the University of St. Thomas.
After spending time at home in the West Metro raising her three daughters—Madelyn, Olivia, and Elyse—Jodi discovered her passion for real estate through home staging. She completed coursework in Home Staging and earned her Home Staging Expert Certification, partnering with local agents to provide staging consultations. While she enjoyed staging, Jodi realized her true passion was working directly with clients and guiding them through the entire home selling and buying process.
In 2017, Jodi obtained her real estate license to better serve clients from start to finish. She now combines her financial expertise, staging insight, and market knowledge to help clients feel confident, prepared, and well-supported. Jodi partners with Amy Albert, her business partner of five years and friend and neighbor of over 17 years. Living next door to one another, their partnership is built on trust, responsiveness, and collaboration, providing clients with a highly attentive, team-based experience. After years of success in residential real estate, Jodi and Amy chose to join Compass, aligning with a brokerage that shares their commitment to innovation, professionalism, and elevated client service.
Outside of Work
Outside of real estate, Jodi is married to her husband Tom and values spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis, and attending workout classes at Lifetime. Jodi is also passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers with Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners in Plymouth whenever she can. Jodi values personal connection—in her work and in life—and brings that same care and dedication to every client relationship.
